Winter Series Regatta 6 Results
Sliema Creek was the the venue for the sixth and final Regatta of the Winter Series. Buoys were laid to provide a standard Olympic course.
This venue attracts a lot of visitors - both tourists and locals alike - enjoying a stroll on the sunny Sunday morning, as it was. A lot of interest was shown in the boats and many people stopped to watch the racing and to take photos.
Congratulations to Vinnie (boat no 30) who earned first place of the day. closely followed by Matthew (boat no 38) in second position and Albert (boat no 11) in third.
Once again very many thanks to all the willing volenteers who helped to set up for the event - your help is much appreciated.
